离开公司时，已经是深夜。
临近年关，气温骤降。
冷冽的寒风吹过，驱散我的迷茫。
上司闻知行看了看手机，随后一封离职通过的邮件就发了过来。
我有点惊奇：
“人事还没休息吗？”
闻知行耸了耸肩，无所谓地说：
“他下午拿了你的红包，就得加班加点给你办事。”
我恍然大悟。
怪不得下午会议上，上司对老板那压榨的行为无动于衷。
甚至点名要我亲自去送。
相当于借了老板的话，“岳总，我们已经看过你的客户结构和回款周期。”
“非常干净。”
“如果你愿意加入，后续这批客户会整体转入你负责的项目线。”
“我们这边的计划是——”
总经理翻开方案。
“年前先完成平稳过渡，不动原合同条款。”
“年后根据客户意愿，逐步切换合作主体。”
“所有流程合法合规，其他所产生的法律问题由我们负责解决。”
他说到这里，看了我一眼。
“当然，前提是，你愿意留下来。”
我几乎没有犹豫。
“我愿意。”
这不是冲动。
是我第一次，清楚地知道自己在选择什么。
对面的负责人站起身来，和我们握手。
“这些日子你们可以居家办公，年后再入职。”
