上司见我不说话，看向我的眼神阴冷。
那是他发火的前兆。
但在老板面前，他还是转脸一副笑容灿烂的模样：
“现在的年轻人就是容易飘，也就是老板您仁慈，愿意点拨她。”
“您放心，为了感谢公司和其他团队对我们销售部的支持，这个奖金是我们自愿平分的！而且必须要平分才算公平！”
老板满意了，客套几句就结束了会议。
其他人三三两两散开，低声说笑，像一场体面的分赃。
我心口像被人攥了一把。
那点不甘、愤怒、委屈，全堵在喉咙里。
可我什么都没说。
因为我还需要这份工作养家糊口。
散会后，上司把我叫住。
“奖金你来分。”
他把一沓红包塞到我怀里，
“每个部门一人一个，别少了。”
我僵住，在上司严厉的目光下。
颤抖着手，接过了红包。

那天下午，我像个笑话。
走进技术部，技术主管正翘着二郎腿在打游戏。
看见我进来，也没起身，只是挑了挑眉。
我硬着头皮走上前，将手里的红包递出去，说了声新年快乐。
技术主管随手接过红包，垫了垫，这才满意地哼了一声。
“还真不少，你们销售可真轻松。”
“上下嘴皮子一碰，奖金就拿到手软！”
“我们在下面累死累活拿死工资，你们就在上面享清闲。”
“算了，看在销冠亲自来的份上，别的我也不多说。”
他挥了挥手，将我打发走。
走进采购部，采购经理正对着镜子补妆。"
