沈知意站在原地，像被遗弃的木偶。
“知意，发什么呆？招呼大家入席了。”
婆婆的声音在旁边响起。
沈知意回过神，深吸一口气：“是，妈。”
她转身走向餐厅，努力挺直背脊，却觉得每一步都踩在刀尖上。
家宴在中式餐厅进行。圆桌巨大，座次分明。
周怀山坐主位，婆婆在右，沈知意在左。
周璟言的位置——在她正对面。
她只要一抬眼，就能撞进他那双深不见底的眼睛里。
菜肴一道道上来。周怀山与叔伯谈生意，姑姑们和婆婆聊家常。沈知意食不知味，小口吃着面前的菜，努力降低存在感。
但对面那道目光，始终如影随形。
“沈姨。”
清冷的声音忽然响起。
沈知意手一抖，汤汁差点溅出来。她慢慢抬起头。
周璟言隔着桌子看她，手里把玩着一个瓷杯，眼神深幽。
“这汤不错，您不尝尝？”
“哦，好。谢谢。”她干巴巴地应道，舀了一勺菌菇汤送入口中。
“璟言倒是细心。”一位姑姑笑着打趣，“还知道关心你沈姨。知意啊，你这继子，看起来冷冰冰的，心倒是细。”
沈知意勉强笑了笑。
宴至中途，沈知意觉得小腹不适，低声对周怀山说：“我有点闷，去下洗手间。”
周怀山随意点了下头。
沈知意如蒙大赦，起身离席。
她用冷水扑了扑脸，看着镜中毫无血色的面容，深吸几口气。
整理好旗袍，补了唇妆，拉开门。
一个高大的身影堵在门口。
周璟言斜倚在走廊墙壁上，双手插在西裤口袋，目光沉沉地看着她。
沈知意倒抽一口冷气，想退回洗手间。
他伸手抵住了门板。
“你在躲我？”"
