她接过水，喝了一口。
他笑了。

她的心一下子冷下去。
她把杯子还给他，转过身，背对着他。
他在床边站了很久。

他渐渐长大，越来越乖。
他会画画，画完了就拿给她看。她不看，他就把画放在门口，自己走开。
他会折纸，折了一堆小动物，摆在门口，排成一排。
他学会认字之后，开始给她写信。信上歪歪扭扭地写着：“妈妈今天吃饭了吗”“妈妈冷不冷”“妈妈我可以来看你吗”。
她一封都没回。
有一次，他站在她门口，往里看。
她正在窗边坐着，看着窗外。
他看了很久，然后小声说：“妈妈真好看。”
她听见了，没回头。
他又说：“妈妈，我能进去吗？”
她没说话。
他在门口站了很久，然后说：“那我在门口陪妈妈。”
他真的在门口坐下了，一直坐到天黑。
保姆来叫他吃饭，他说：“我陪妈妈。”"
