钱三强没说话，收回目光。

沈明珠弯了弯嘴角。

钱二强抱着包袱走出几步，又回头，眼巴巴地看着沈明珠。
那眼神跟狗崽子似的，可怜巴巴的，满肚子话憋得难受。
沈明珠被他看得没办法，叹了口气，冲他招招手。

“干啥？”
“这话我只跟你说一遍，”沈明珠压低声音。
“我刚才那些话，是诳那老虔婆的。我不知道陈建国在哪儿，也不知道柳树沟有没有这个人。”
钱二强愣住了。
“那、那你刚才……”
“我不那么说，她能走？”沈明珠瞥了他一眼。
“你没看见那老虔婆的架势？今儿个不讹点东西，她能坐到天黑。”
钱二强想了想，点点头。
“倒也是……”
“可这事吧，不能和你娘说。”
“为啥？”
“她那个脾气，一点就着。要是知道陈建国可能没死，能坐得住？肯定直接冲陈家要说法去了。”
钱二强张了张嘴，没反驳。
他娘那个脾气，他太知道了。看着大大咧咧的，其实最受不了冤枉。
这些年背着“克夫”的名头，嘴上不说，心里憋屈得很。
要是知道陈建国可能还活着，那还不得炸了？
“可咱没证据啊，”沈明珠说，“没证据找上门，那老虔婆反咬一口，说咱污蔑，怎么办？到时候讹得更凶。”
钱二强琢磨了一下，不得不承认她说得对。
