“继续？”裴承序站起来。
“继续。”许念初也站起来，活动了一下肩膀，“接下来练什么？”
“核心。”裴承序指了指旁边的瑜伽垫，“卷腹，能做吗？”
“试试呗。”
两人走到瑜伽垫旁边，裴承序先示范了几个卷腹的动作，然后让许念初躺下来试。
许念初躺下去，做了几个，发现核心力量确实不行。
“腹部收紧。”裴承序蹲在她旁边，“不要用脖子使劲，手放在耳朵旁边，对，就是这样。”
许念初又做了几个，累得气喘吁吁。
“不行了不行了。”她躺在垫子上，大口喘气，“休息一下。”
裴承序看着她躺在垫子上的样子，忽然别过头去。
许念初注意到了。
“裴承序。”她叫他。
“嗯？”
“你是不是不敢看我？”"
