看着母亲沉下来的脸庞，我默默缩回那条迈出去的腿。
“我不走还不行吗，我搬去偏院。”
母亲只是微微点头。

当晚江知檀欢天喜地搬进了主院。

江知檀从乡下带来一只狸花猫，半夜发情刚嚎了半声，
福嬷嬷便翻窗而入，没带出一丝响动，
黑布兜子套住猫嘴，顺手剪断她床头所有铜铃铛。
江知檀吓得尖叫，福嬷嬷伯面无表情掏出戒尺抽在她手背上，
指了指墙上那个巨大的静字。
她硬生生把哭声咽了回去。
我之所以那么高兴跟她换，
那院子规矩严到连蚊子飞进去都得被拔了翅膀走路。
江知檀居然主动要住进去，纯粹自找罪受。
半夜三更，主院传来一阵压抑的呜咽。
没过半柱香，我娘身边的嬷嬷便敲了敲门框，递进去一张纸条：聒噪。
江知檀连哭都不敢了，只能死死咬住被角。
我在偏院磕着瓜子，对笼子里的鹦鹉吹了个口哨。
“小绿，你说她能撑几天？”"
