临江城，华灯初上。
城中虽没有宵禁，但出于对黑暗的恐惧，很多人都把自己关在家中，不愿在这个时辰出门。
而今日的血刀门中，却是另一番景象。
恢宏气派的府邸就在城中心，是个挺气派的大院子。
黑漆大门敞开着，门口两盏大红灯笼照得亮堂堂的，门楣上那块“血刀门”的牌匾也被红绸带缠了一圈，看着一点都不吓人，反倒挺喜庆。
院子里更是热闹。
正中间的空地上摆了几十张大圆桌，桌上铺着红桌布，堆满了花生瓜子和酒坛子。
屋檐下挂满了一串串小红灯笼，把整个院子照得通红。
正厅门口搭了个彩棚，一边贴着大大的“寿”字，一边贴着“囍”字，两边还摆着两排大红花。
“恭喜刘老太爷双喜临门。”
“血刀门蒸蒸日上，乃是我临江城之幸。”
“郭员外珍珠项链一对，白银千两。”
“来福客栈姜老板，两坛百年珍酿。”

月上眉梢，宾客带着礼品陆续进入府邸。
负责登记的江管家，全程笑的合不拢嘴，如此多的礼品，他随便抽一点，就能捞一大笔。
而院内，血刀门弟子全都到位，分散到府邸各个角落站岗。
后院位置。
刘老太爷身体站的笔直，虽已80高龄，但脸色红润，天庭饱满，气色甚至不输年轻人。
“爹，府中布置都已经完毕。”
“聂小莲也很配合的换上嫁衣。”
“城中员外商贾来了不少，就连城主府也都派遣了一名使者。”
刘军虽是现任血刀门门主，但面对老门主的时候，依旧恭敬无比。"
