王磊笑了。

林晓点点头。
“我看好。你准备怎么办？”
王磊说：“我了解了一下，有一家MCN机构，现在正好需要投资。规模不大，但团队不错，签约了几个有潜力的主播。就是资金链有点紧张，到处找钱。”
林晓想了想。
“投资？”他说，“看看有没有机会，直接整个拿下。”
王磊愣了一下。
“整个拿下？”
林晓点点头。
“对，直接控股。”他说，“咱们不缺钱，缺的是团队和资源。如果能直接控股一家现成的，比从头开始快得多。”
王磊眼睛亮了。
“晓哥，你这思路，比我开阔多了。”
林晓笑了。
“行，你去做个尽调。”他说，“把这家公司的情况摸清楚，看看值不值得投。需要多少钱，什么条件，能控股多少，都搞清楚。”
