这日傍晚，景婳从外头回来，刚进府门，便见周慎等在院子里。
“公主，好消息！”
景婳挑眉。
“什么好消息？”
周慎激动得声音都在抖：“那片试验田，按您说的法子种的，今天收了！亩产……亩产三百斤！”
景婳笑了。
三百斤。
比她预想的少一些，但已经比往年多了一百斤。
“好。”她说，“明年继续试。争取到五百斤。”
周慎连连点头，又想起什么，从怀里掏出一封信。
“对了公主，大凉那边又来信了。”
景婳接过，拆开。
依旧是拓跋野的字迹，依旧是寥寥数语——
“听闻公主在岭南忙着种地。在下这边也快忙完了，等秋凉，去看你。”
落款是一个“拓”字。
景婳看着那封信，唇角微微扬起。
画扇在一旁问：“公主，回信吗？”
景婳摇了摇头。
“不回。”
她将信折好，收入袖中。
转身，走进后院。
后院的凉席上，两个孩子正并排躺着。云屏在一旁守着，手里摇着团扇，替他们赶蚊子。
景珩醒着，正“啊啊”地叫着，小手小脚乱挥。景瑶也醒着，安静地看着哥哥闹，偶尔眨眨眼。
景婳走过去，在凉席边坐下。
景珩看见她，立刻咧嘴笑了，口水顺着嘴角往下淌。
景瑶也笑了，笑得眼睛弯成两道月牙。"
