在职场里，年龄本身就像一道隐形的线。
三十岁，是职场的分水岭。
过了三十，就该安分。
有口饭吃，就别挑。
他像是看穿了我在想什么，忽然笑了一下。

“公司最喜欢干的事，就是把年龄说成你的问题。”

“你以为我为什么不让你们在公司谈私事？”

“最后公司告诉他：这不是我们的责任。”
他坐直了些，目光很稳。
“你妈生病，是你的事，不是公司的事。”
“你加班到凌晨，是你自愿，不是他们逼你。”
“等哪天要裁人了，这些都不会算在账里。”
他摇了摇头。
“公司最擅长干的事，就是把人骗进一个概念里。”
“比如——岗位有高低贵贱。”
我抬头看他。
