念到名字的依次上台，从院长手里接过鼓囊囊的红包，鞠躬，道谢，下台。

全场安静了那么一两秒。
所有人都知道我去医务科办离职的事了。
院长站在台上，手里捏着一个红包，笑容意味深长。
我穿过人群走过去。
院长把红包举起来，没有直接递给我。
他当着全场的面，撕开了封口。
然后把里面的东西倒出来，是两枚一元硬币。
全场死一般的寂静。
院长拈起那两枚硬币，举到话筒前。
“宋萱啊，”他的声音通过音响传遍整个食堂，“元宵节快乐，去年医院虽然盈利，但还是要艰苦奋斗。你情况特殊，这两块钱，代表医院对你一心一意的心意。”
他顿了顿，目光扫过台下。
“要珍惜啊，不要动不动就闹情绪，当医生，心要定。钱多钱少，都是身外之物。”"
