司机从后视镜里看了她好几眼，没敢开口。

护士拦住她：“家属？老人已经走了。遗体在太平间。”
沈槿薇站在原地，脑子里嗡了一声。
她转身往太平间走。
膝盖疼得厉害，每走一步都像踩在刀尖上。可她不敢停，一停就怕自己倒下去。
太平间的门是开的。
姥姥躺在那里，脸上盖着白布。
沈槿薇走过去，掀开白布。
姥姥闭着眼睛，脸色灰白，皱纹都舒展开了，像是睡着了一样。
她跪下去，握住姥姥的手。

“姥姥……”
她张了张嘴，喉咙里像堵了什么东西，一个字都说不出来。
她就那么跪着，握着姥姥的手，一动不动。
护士进来催了三次，她才松开手。
重新盖上白布的时候，沈槿薇低下头，在姥姥额头上亲了一下。
“姥姥，等我。”
第二天，火葬场。
沈槿薇一个人站在告别厅里。
姥姥的遗像摆在中间，是她年轻时候的照片，笑得眉眼弯弯。
四十分钟后，工作人员捧出一个骨灰盒：
“节哀。”
沈槿薇接过来，抱在怀里。盒子还带着余温，烫着她的胸口。
她抱着盒子走出火葬场，上了车。
“去海边。”
司机没问为什么，直接发动了车。
