我把祖传的楼房改造成共享公寓。
市中心，五层，带一个大院子。
我敲掉所有非承重墙，把空间重新规划。
单人间，双人间，四人间，满足不同需求。
租金只有周边市场价的一半。
租客只收毕业三年内的年轻人。
院子我没盖楼，而是建了健身房和食堂。
健身房器材都是新的，食堂请了两个厨师，菜价和大学食堂一样。
入住的第一个月，食堂免费。
我以为我在做一件好事。
给这些刚踏入社会的年轻人一个喘息的空间，一个家。
他们叫我“神仙房东”，给我送锦旗，在网上写感谢信。
我看着那些年轻的脸，觉得这一切都值了。
