林大壮却拦住了她：“别给它弄米汤，那玩意不顶饿。”
他转身走进厨房，从挂着的狍子肉上，用刀切下了一大块最嫩的里脊肉，然后细细地剁成了肉末。
秦兰看得目瞪口呆：“大壮，你……你给它吃肉？还是这么好的肉？咱们自己都舍不得这么吃啊！”

他把剁好的肉末放到一个破碗里，端到小狗面前。
小狗闻到肉香，眼睛瞬间就亮了，立刻扑了上去，狼吞虎咽地吃了起来。
一小碗肉末，眨眼的功夫就吃得干干净净，还意犹未尽地舔着碗边。
吃完东西，小狗的精神明显好了很多，开始在院子里小跑起来，还绕着林大壮的腿打转，显得很是亲昵。
林大壮又找来一些旧棉絮和木板，在屋檐下给它搭了一个简陋但温暖的小窝。
看着小狗安顿下来，林大壮心里很是满意。
