“焯水……去腥……原来下厨这么多讲究。”
林知念一边认真看，一边都记在心里。
借着貂肉焯水的时间，沈玉城开始淘米煮饭。
林知念这才发现，沈玉城不知道从哪里带回来一袋大米。
林知念好奇的问道：“咦？松鼠窝子里，还有大米？”
沈玉城笑着说道：“松鼠窝子里不仅仅有大米，还能长出锅碗瓢盆，金银财宝。甚至有时候，还能长出个大美人儿来。”
林知念知道沈玉城在开玩笑，便问道：“那是大米成了精，还是松鼠成了精？”
“是你这个小妖精。”
“郎君打趣妾，真讨厌！”
沈玉城哈哈一乐，把大米放到堂屋，用吊锅煮上。
然后回到灶房内，这时候水也焯好了。
沈玉城捞出貂肉，洗干净锅后，重新放水，再将肉放下去，盖上锅盖开始炖煮。
回到堂屋内，等米饭煮熟，将吊锅取下。
然后重新吊上一口小铁锅。
接着沈玉城把挑好的坚果，全倒了下去，开始翻炒起来。
不多时，锅里就飘出一股坚果的香气。
两人都是早上吃的粥，而沈玉城更是出去跑了一天，早就饿的前胸贴后背了。
等坚果出了锅，两人便坐在炉火旁边吃了起来。
“好烫好烫！”
“我给你剥。”
沈玉城剥了一小盘坚果，林知念也没先吃，就眼巴巴的盯着焦香的坚果。
“尝尝。”
沈玉城捻起几颗松子，塞到林知念嘴里。
林知念轻轻咀嚼，松子酥香焦脆，浓郁的坚果香味，就如同在嘴里跳舞似得，非常好吃。
沈玉城也吃了两口，然后立马起身。
“你先吃着，我去把肉汤盛出来。”
沈玉城揭开锅盖，白色锅气混着清淡的肉香喷涌而出。
他撒上点盐巴，尝了下味道，然后出锅。
