林川缓缓走到周凛冬身前，用极其矫揉做作的声音道：“我跟孟总昨晚只是单纯的一起睡在床上，什么都没干。”
周凛冬上下打量了他一眼，什么都没干说出来谁信？
他冷笑一声：“那林先生你可真够失败的，穿成这样都没能让你家孟总动心，这到底是你有缺陷，还是孟总有缺陷呢？”
说完，周凛冬还扫了一眼孟清清。
她一下子就黑了脸：“我和林川都跟你解释过了，你还这么夹枪带棒给谁看？”
林川轻轻拽了下她的衣角：“好了孟总，别对哥哥这么凶嘛。”
“其实也可以理解，毕竟哥哥从没出过职场，他哪里懂得什么是应酬，误会我们也是正常的。”
听到这话，周凛冬心里生出了几分嘲讽：当初我陪孟清清应酬的时候，你还不知道在哪呢。
他低下头沉默不语，林川以为他自惭形秽了，又转回头劝道：“但是哥哥，你的格局也应该放大点，别老是揪着一点鸡毛蒜皮的小事就缠着孟总不放，她每天要打理公司还得承担你父亲的医药费，压力很大的。”
“你快给孟总道个歉，这事就算过去了。”
他的话没有半分不自然，自信得让人以为他才是孟清清的正牌男友。
周凛冬看了一眼孟清清，见对方没有丝毫的维护之意，他重重地叹了一口气：“抱歉，是我误会你们了。”
孟清清从不爱听男人的长篇大论，她摆了摆手有些不耐烦：“行了，你去给我和林川做点醒酒的汤吧。”
