第二日一早，我找了个借口出了侯府。
直奔城南，找当年替妹妹接生的赵嬷嬷。
两年没见，她老了不少，蹲在自家门口择菜，看见我走过来，眯起眼。
"这位姑娘，找谁？是不是有人要生了？"
"赵嬷嬷，你还记得我吗？"
"我是沈若晴的姐姐，沈无衣。"
她择菜的手停住了。
"两年前，你替靖远侯夫人接生。"
"你满手是血走出来，哭着跟我说，夫人一丝求生的念头都没有了。"
"这事你总不会忘吧？"
赵嬷嬷的脸一下白了。
她丢下菜篓子就往屋里退。
"没有的事！你这姑娘胡说什么！"
"靖远侯夫人好好的呀，听说都怀上第二个了，你可别乱讲！"
"赵嬷嬷！"
我追了一步。
"砰"的一声，门在我面前关死了。
我在门外站了半晌，里头一点声响都没有。
不对。
赵嬷嬷要是真不记得这回事，犯得着吓成这样吗？
我沉着脸回了侯府，开始挨个打听。
先从最老的管家问起。
"你在侯府做了多少年了？"
"回沈姑娘，小的在府里做了十八年了。"
"那你可知道，府里有没有一个叫苏婉清的姑娘？"
管家愣了一下。
"没有，府里没有姓苏的人。""
